Manager, Pharmaceutical Services – BeNeLux

Your new role
As a Manager, Pharmaceutical Services you will provide support to quality, regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities for the BeNeLux region.

This broad role will range from administrative tasks through to more complex activities including (but not limited to):

  • Ensuring implementation & maintenance of quality management systems in line with GDP.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidances & company SOPs, to ensure adherance in all areas as appropriate.
  • Supporting regulatory tasks such as checking labelling materials (SmPC, PIL and/or labelling text), reviewing mock ups of packaging and preparing abbreviated product information materials according to full SmPC texts.
  • Acting as a back up LSO with responsibility for pharmacovigilance in the BeNeLux.

Support PV activities including ensuring all PV processes are documented & comply with working practices as well as appropriate training of local personnel.

What are we looking for?
You will have a qualification in a Scientific, Pharmacy or other relevant discipline (or equivalent) and demonstrated experience in a Quality, Regulatory Affairs or Logistics function gained within the Pharmaceutical industry.

You should also be fluent in Dutch and English. French would be advantageous but is not essential.

Please note this role is based in our Netherlands affiliate (Amsterdam), but will be supporting the wider BeNeLux with regular communication and travel to our Belgium affiliate in Leuven.
